Terms of use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms apply when you use examhelpneet.com ("ExamHelp NEET", "we"), which is run by Gyan Prem Tutorials and is currently in a free preview. We will publish our postal address here before we start taking payments. By using the site you agree to them. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.

What ExamHelp NEET is

An independent study tool for NEET UG preparation: lessons, practice questions, mock tests, notes, flashcards and related material. We are not connected with the National Testing Agency (NTA), the National Medical Commission (NMC), the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) or any coaching institute. Official exam rules, dates and syllabus come only from those bodies.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to make our content accurate and useful, but we can't promise any rank, score or admission. Mock test scores are practice estimates from our own question bank, not predictions of your NEET result.

Accuracy and corrections

We check our content and are having it reviewed by subject teachers, but mistakes can happen. If you think something is wrong, use "Answer looks wrong" under the question or write to hello@examhelpneet.com, and we will review it. Where our material differs from NCERT textbooks or official notices, follow the official source.

Using the site fairly

Our content

The questions, explanations, lessons, notes, diagrams and other material on ExamHelp were created for this site and belong to us, except where we credit someone else. NCERT textbooks, NTA papers and other third-party material belong to their owners; where we link to them, we link to the official source.

When you send a rating or comment, you allow us to use it to improve the site. Comments are never published.

Copying and plagiarism

Copying, reproducing, plagiarising, scraping or redistributing ExamHelp NEET content, in whole or in part, in print or online, is strictly prohibited. This includes posting our questions or explanations on other websites, apps, social media groups or coaching material.

Gyan Prem Tutorials will take all available legal action against anyone who does this, including action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and will seek removal of the copied material and any damages and costs allowed by law. We may also block access from devices or networks involved.

To report copied content, write to hello@examhelpneet.com.

Prices and payments

ExamHelp is free to use at present. Before paid plans start, we will publish the price, what each plan includes, and the cancellation and refund terms, and you will agree to them before paying.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to delete it.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site running but may change, pause or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months (currently nil). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction. Questions, complaints and grievances: hello@examhelpneet.com.
